Once I hung up, it called back and left a robotic message. I owe no one, much less the IRS, he's a very rude, non English speaking person, could barely understand him. I've read dozens of complaints already about this number, I'm going to block it because it's a scam.

Person who could hardly speak English told me that from 2010 to 2015 they had done an Audit on my taxes and that in 2014 I had willfully defrauded the government out of $3000+. I told them that 1. I personally know that I had not done that. 2. The IRS does not operate this way, and I had not received anything about this, they would have sent me something in the mail. 3. If they wanted my money, they could send it in writing, and then I would get in touch with them. Then he hung up because I knew more than he did.
