Received a robo message claiming "This is the internal revenue service. There is a lawsuit being filed against you..." and said to call back at this number (which was also the number I received the call from). I was skeptical but that is a very serious threat, so I called back. Some guy immediately answered, said simply "IRS, how can I help you?" Told him about the message I received. He said yes there is a lawsuit against me, is this [name]? I just laughed and hung up, blocked the number. He used the fake name that I used to register the domain for my website.

They will tell you they are IRS and a Warren with your arrest. They do not know your D.O.B, address or even if you are single or married. I knew it was B.S when they used my fake name I use for my business on my website. I use my middle name only and my last name is my mothers old last name. I don't use real name because of privacy. Once I get a client my legal name is documented, but they had no,clue and kept insisting "John Doe" owed them money and I'm in legal trouble. They know nothing but your number and name with is connected to the number. Do not fall for this scary call. It is fake!

This number keeps calling and leaving me a message that they are calling about an impending lawsuit and a warrant for my immediate arrest. They leave you a number to call and when you do, some foreign guy with a thick accent ( I think East Indian) answers the phone stating that he is from the IRS and that if you don't pay immediately he will have you "put behind the bar immediately". When I asked to speak to someone who is a native English speaker he told me to "Go F^%# myself" and hung up on me. I called back and the next guy told me he was in Washington D.C. At the Federal IRS building. He claimed his name was Micheal Cunningham and that his "cabin number in the IRS building" was 1243 on the 6th floor. Micheal explained that I was in berry berry much bad trouble and the only way to get out was to immediately send him $4,987.00 which was the amount he claimed I owed in back taxes and fees. When I asked him what if I did not have the money he explained that he very much wanted to marry a nice girl and if I would come to D.C. He would have his driver bring me to his house and we could have a lovely weekend. Can you say SCAM and possible SEX TRAFFICKING????? Don't send these guys anything. They are NOT the IRS. Caller: IRS???

Didn't let them speak, just pushed number keys, so it would emit tones on their end when they answered, which irritated them, but not as much as they irritated me! I'm sure after the 8th call they might have been getting as irritated as me!
