Unsolicited call "from BGE" (but not substantiated) offering to tour entire house for "energy check up." (OR to case the house for a burglary). They offer free light bulbs to comply with energy savings and an assessment of how to save money on your bill. Uh huh. I told them I would indeed be home at their proposed time, but they wouldn't like what they would receive if they tried to enter my home. Reported to BGE as well. Scam.

Just received the same call they want to change bulbs to LED up to 14 per house per quick home energy program

Reported number to BGE. Unsolicited call to come into house to change 14 lightbulbs and explain energy savings, switch out showerheads, etc. BGE has energy savings program, but the rep I spoke with said typically the consumer calls in for the info. Could be a 3d party contractor selling the energy efficient showerhead or lightbulb. I won't be home..
