Caller called my work phone - I asked them not to call on this line. They called back twice, I repeated my request. They would not give me the name of the company. Then they started calling my cell phone. I called back and they threatened with law suit. I know the law and it states that a company has to give their name and the debt that is being called about. I asked for their address so my lawyer could write them a letter. They threatened ma and actuall said "If we come get you in person, you will be sorry!" Seriously, what lawyer does this. I again asked for a number or address and said that my lawyer would be contacting them and they promptly hung up. Do not give them information!!!

Fraudulent company. Don't give any information. They accuse you of a ten year old pay day loan but in fact it's not yours. Also they threaten you with wage garnishment and court. First rule of law you must have collection proceedings before and documents sent from the company showing the debt before legal action can take place. Hang up and call ftc or local consumer complaint division. Don't be scared they are liars and fake.
