Possibly legit, but asks you to punch in your 9 digit SSN before you get anywhere. If you pretend to be on a rotary phone, you can eventually talk to a human and access your account with your account number. So I guess it is kind of legit, but for a financial services company to ask you to punch in your full SSN to a callback number seems incredibly non-secure. I am considering rolling over to a more intelligent financial services company.
