They sent me a horribly pixelated image of an insurance card under USRx, with edited in captions saying to use it immediately. Upon a search, this webpage was the first result.

Called me & asked for my personal information to verify my account bcuz legal action was being takin against my SSN for issues he wasn’t specific about. Sounded very official so I go thru with it. Wasn’t till he started asking about credit cards, etc that I realized it was sumthin shady. He hung up on me & I called back. Different guy (both had Indian accents) answered & admitted it was a scam. BEWARE!!! (
