When I answered the phone the woman named Mercedes addressed me by my first name. I asked who she was calling with and she replied Amazon and then asked are you at home right after. I said No I am not home I am actually at work and the called dropped immediately. I tried the number back and it just rang and rang with no voicemail. I just hung up.
