ABLETO not so able (Nuisance call) reported by Jane Doe
Gotten 3 calls from this number; no message left any of the times. Caller ID said "ABLETO AETNA". I looked up "ABLETO" and it belongs to some company that seems to be doing work for AETNA, but I can'f for the life of me tell what. I called the number on AbleTo's website, and got told "Yes, that number belongs to us, but we're having trouble with our phone system." I'll say they are. Just hoping it's not some stupid spam like we were getting from UPMC (which we haven't had for health coverage through for several years) where we could call some OTHER number and (apparently) listen to some talk about stuff like pain management -- and for which I had SEVERAL go-rounds of "What part of you violating the Federal and PA DNC lists do you not understand? And no, claiming you're a non-profit and therefore 'exempt' doesn't cut it when I tell you I don't want to hear from you people again, and no, I didn't away sign my rights to being inundated with annoying robocalls from UPMC, and I've already complained to the PA Attorney-General's Consumer Affairs people about violation of the PA DNC list after the LAST time this happened...." with UPMC. And now I'm wondering if I'm going to have to do this with AETNA....
