SCAM- threatening jail time for bank fraud (Unsolicited call) reported by


Got a call from 404 937 6136 and told me to call 267 223 2360 because I was being criminally sued for bank fraud. Called the number was on hold for 4 min and hung up. I know the debts I HAD, they were taken are of, and now that my credit has resurfaced they are hounding me. Calling attorney generals office to report them. DO NOT send money to these people and they can't serve you papers over the phone!!!

Scam threatening jail for Bank Fraud (Scam call) reported by


I received a call from 760.428.9836 today. They proceeded to tell me I was being charged with fraud and that is all they could tell me. They gave me another number 267.223.2360 and a "case number". I called the number and spoke with the woman who answered. She asked for my name and case number and put me on hold. A guy picked up a min or so later and said his name was Ben C and he was the director of operations. He informed me I was being charged with bank fraud under penal code 1344 title 18 chapter 63. He said I owed $1,580 an he was giving me the opportunity to resolve the debt before they filed criminal charges against me in the morning. Says the debt was for a payday loan from a company called "Discover Cash Funding". He would not give me any other information as to when I took the supposed loan or the original amount. I was scared and told him I needed to contact my attorney. He then wished me luck in court before I hung up. Called an attorney and he told me to google the info I was provided that it sounded like a scam. I then found this thread. I recorded both phone calls from the scammers. Scary and so crazy!!!

They called last month saying I owed a capitol one card, I spoke the despute department claiming it was fruad since I've never hadn't one user my name because of my age. They told me they would send out a form for me to fill out so I could beingin the despute process but 4 weeks later and still nothing. I called back and all of a sudden I owe 1,400 to a discovery loan place? I've called back like 10 times already they keep being rude and that tomorrow I'm going to jail if I don't pay. I told them they called me for the capitol one first and now it's a discovery loan? It doesn't make since. The women on the khans yelled at me and called me stupid and supposedly they're recording the calls to play them for the judge? Well that's very unprofessional of you ask me. It has to be a scam right?

I just received a call from them as well saying I owed $1447.22 from 2011 for a payday loan from Discover Cash Funding. They would not provide me with their contact number or provide me any other additional information other than a warrant being issued. Has anyone filed a complaint or anything on them?

Got a call today first from a Judy saying she had an arrest warrant on her desk for fraud on me. Then told me to call ADR FIRM. Was told to pay over 1400.00 or I was going to jail. I've been m paying the debt monthly for 6 months ND he says I'm going to JAIL? No. I called the lady I'm paying this to and she said it was a BIG SCAM..she put me on hold and when she came back she said she had another lady on hold telling her the same story...PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE

I was called at my home telling me that I fraud I owe 1492.00 that I will be arrested go to court. If I don't settle to pay nine hundred dollars the end of the day on 11/3/2016 they never gave me a social security number or my address.this is scary,and I'm sick person ,no income scam call I never gotten a summons letter.

this person call my job saying he is trying to get me to pay the money i owe money to you all 700.00 plus i have to go to court then they going to send my a sumons to be arrested for frude i never dealt with yall sdaying i was stealing money from yall i don't now what they are talking about can you exsplain to me what is going on they keep call my job they are going to make me loss it this is very frighting.
