As far as I know the IRS doesn’t EVER call. If they need to communicate with you they will send a letter And I will apologize in advance for my politically incorrect characterization of the facts, but I would assume any legitimate representative from the IRS ,if they were to call, would probably be able to speak English properly as well. These people are scam artists. Tell them to take a flying * at the moon.
