This is a VoIP call -Voice over Internet Protocol, which is a technology that allows you to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. The VoIP is provided by West Telecom Services (formerly known as Hypercube). It is re-routed from Coffeyville, Kansas through Michigan. **Called back from work to get details: VM wants to give me $100 Walmart Coupon or other. Claims they got my number through a website I visited. Blocked!
