I reached out due to a bill I received for a service from 7 months ago which I did have, but as it had been so long I can no longer use FSA money on it (from November of 2019, sent bill on June 2020). While the cause was my insurance, I asked if they would give me a discount if I paid in full. They sent it off to a team that handles it and this is the number they called me back on to let me know the result. Anyway, they do ask for your DOB and Address to confirm its you, it is legit Beaumont (although anyone can fake the number that appears on your phone, it's fine to ask to call them back on the same number), and if you owe money you should pay it. :)

A very professional sounding female announced that she was from Beaumount Health Systems and wanted me to provide you DOB and address before she could specify why she was calling. Seemed strange. I asked if I could call back the hospital, she said I could only call back on the same number that called me. I hung up.
