It is Sony service/support. I contacted Sony for an issue with my Xperia phone, not sure if this is the same number for TVs etc They did leave a message and it was a US agent too. There are a series of numbers I found later that are all Sony - (239) 245-62xx and (239)245-63xx. These are real as long as the call ID isn't spoofed lol Sony told me 2 hours before this call that support would contact me in 2-3 days!! Somehow I got expedited maybe... wish I'd answered!!

Called because I had an open service ticket. Told me there is no one to complete service in my area so they are going to replace 6 month old television with new one. I said great. Then they said I had to give them my credit card to pay for the shipping.
