My phone has a block on it so when i got voice mail tried to call number back and my phone kicked call off and screen said using fraudulent IRS credentials. And the IRS says they will never. Call you on the phone

Do not answer when area code is not mine. Recording left message. First part muffled but cleared enough to say I should call to keep from having law suit or getting arrested. I will contact police about scam call but have no intention of calling them back.
