Some jerk guy with a nasty voice mail saying the same as above. I had to be at my resident at 5:00pm or he was going to show up at my work and will also tell my boss. He said I'm not going to chase you around so he will be at my work. He said to call this number: 833-965-2xx9. He called from 216-303-8xxx. He really sounds scary. I hope they catch this guy and scare him like he scared me>

SCAM DEBT COLLECTOR (Scam call) reported by


Spoke with a woman who has repeatedly called my office. Said she will be delivering legal documents to me on Wednesday, called Monday and Tuesday. I told her that if this is an attempt to collect a debt she is no longer authorized to contact me at at work. I hung up she then called my cell phone.This must be the newest scam because it’s the third one I’ve gotten. They never deliver anything. They ghost dial you. She gave me a phone number of the "agency" that she was a courier for 877-880-3323. I can never google the agency or phone number so I am assuming they are not legit. This is not the way debt collection is handled. I was sure to mention my FCRA rights and that I was going to sue them for harassment.

They call me every single day! They change their phone #'s. They leave nasty Voicemails, but never tell you what this is exactly for, they all but threaten you about some legal notice. I have been getting calls for MONTHS! Either deliver the notice or don't!

Same as everyone else, I got a call from this number yesterday, left a message saying they were trying to reach someone with a different name and that somehow I was a next contact number of this person whom I've never heard of. I assumed it was a wrong number. Said he was going to go to the person's work if he couldn't reach them. Today, called again, I answered to let them know they had the wrong number and the guy cut me off, told me I was being a "smart ****", and talked over me the entire time and then hung up.

Called threatening to deliver papers to address. Filed a report with attorney general and will file a complaint with the police if this harassment continues. These people are terrible. I have had a real debt before and this seems very shady!

A man going by Shawn Miller called to say he had some legal paperwork that I had to sign off on. He said he would be stopping mine by place of residence or place of employment that he had on file in the next 24-48hrs. He then directed me to call 833-271-2341 with my case number to have everything is resolved quicker.

Same MO , deliver legal papers, 3-5 pm need ID, called the toll free number they gave, they tried to scam money on an old account I haven’t had in years, and Nope the chump never showed up. Filing with the AG and police first thing tomorrow..

This number has called everyday, all my family members, saying they are delivering a legal docket by 5pm Wednseday, they have been calling since Monday. We'll see if they show up today, they leave a phone number to call when we receive the legal document and we must have our drivers license when they arrive.

I had messages left from this number, claiming that I had a legal document for delivery. This is a scam since I have no outstanding debts. THese people harassed me at home, work and my family members.
