This number called my cell number to have me lower my credit card interest rate. "Press 1 to continue call, press 3 to discontinue". I pressed 1 then got "is your credit card debt over X? Press 1, less than X press 2, to discontinue calls and be placed on Do Not Call list press 3". I chose 3, but I'm already on the National Do Not Call Registry.
