Claims have lawsuit against me using my maiden name. (Scam call) reported by Kaytlen
I'm receiving calls from the same "company" and from different states all over the country. They claim that they have a lawsuit against. Name of company is never clearly spoken so it isn't understood. Twice I have spoken with the same person: once from Ohio and another from Mississippi or Colorado. I don't remember. I receive several of these calls every day. The automated messages request personal info such as address, name (full and maiden), along with other personal info. I confronted the woman and she got very touchy. The FBI needs to be notified about this.

Received this voice message: "I received an order in my office today to complete and process for several pending matters that you are currently being investigated for. I will be verifying your current address and place of employment today. In the meantime it is your responsibility and legal right to contact the plaintiff prior to being served. Failure to comply will result in a forfeiture of your rights to dispute this matter and a complaint will be filed against you in your local County."

Robo call threatening legal action (Scam call) reported by Admin
Robo call - woman's voice with a British accent - said there were several legal matters pending and it was my responsibility to take care of these matters before I was served. No phone number given to contact anyone (so how are we supposed to take care of these supposed matters?). Never asked for anyone by name, the recording just started when I answered. Definitely a scam!
