SCAM on Google and Google + This is Fraud

Also got another call that also said it was from Google validation... from phone number 331-200-7330.. I believe it may be the same people, as the calls were 15 minutes apart if not less. Except this call was from a cell phone which does not except text messages, nor calls back. They are located in Illinois.
