This number has called me nearly daily every day this week. The caller stays on long enough to have a voice mail triggered, but nothing is ever on the message. I finally answered, and it was a male automated voice telling me it was 'Mr. Cooper and we may be able to improve your existing home loan.'

I RECEIVED THE SAME CALL AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THEIR IDENTIFICATION THEY HANG UP. REPORT TO STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.

I just had this exact call, which is who I have my mortgage loan through. But why would they call my and need me to verify my address. It wouldnt benefit them to call me to save me money. That means they would be loosing money.
