They call back to back. I try calling back and get a woman's voice prompt (British accent) saying the call can't be placed through and it is a temporary problem. This sounds like it might be a boiler room outfit.

Called once, didn't recognize number so answering machine picked up, they stayed on line for about one minute with lots of background noise of people talking, then hung up. A few seconds later, they called again, but hung up before answering machine picked up.
