Claimed to be "Comcast Experience" follow-up. (Survey) reported by


When I first answered with "Hello" no one replied so I hung up. They called again a few minutes later and this time a human responded when I answered "Hello". They asked about my Comcast Experience. I had answered a Comcast Survey fairly recently so I told them they already knew about my experience. Caller asked me general question and I answered. Didn't divulge any personal or account information. He said he'd give my feedback to the management.
