Suspicious call. Said they were Citibank following up on new card I had not activated. However, the new card I'd been sent was sent to me due to fraud on my account and it was not received although FedEx said it was delivered, so I'd reported that to Citi 3 days ago. This person would not give me the last 4 of the card she wanted me to activate, only last two numbers which were the last 2 of the ORIGINAL cancelled card! I told her that I'd reported everything already to Citi and she still claimed to be following up why I had not activated my new card.

This is valid. It's Best Buy Citibank card calling to verify a purchase. I applied for a Best Buy card and bought a new TV so they were verifying I was aware of the purchase. It's legit.
