Called from San Antonio TX (I'm in northern New England). Left a VM about a case and police department. Looked up number and found this site. Called back but said nothing. I heard a lot of background conversation but no one actually greeted me. Red flags went up right away since, I'm pretty sure, police don't conduct business over the phone.

This number has called me multiple time. each time Ive answered you can hear someone fumbling in the background, like they don’t have a firm grip on the phone, and then they just sit there. Once they said something, but I couldn’t understand them, so I said nothing, the replying, in the rudest tone, “ are you just going to sit there and not say anything?!” I continued to be silent, he swore at me and hung up.
