Threats of civil suit (Scam call) reported by R. Lindsey
They called saying that there was a civil suit that was going to be filed against me if I did not take action or call them back although I haven't received anything in the mail and there's no one that would be filing a civil suit on me I did call the number back to get information about the company and the name of the company and their website and they refused to give me the information and then hung up on me. They said the name was Westlake Financial or Westgate Financial they didn't want to give me information about the company just kept wanting my information and reference number..but then on the voicemail they left dbs or DVs as the name of the company and then asked you to call a totally different number back. I'm pretty sure if someone was filing a lawsuit or civil suit against me I would receive something in the mail usually by registered mail so they had proof that I received that seems pretty sketchy to me.
