was called by 2106604568 Ms.Garcia, and 2108996361 Kevin Johnson. i was instructed to call 8557042705 which i did, and was then asked for file number 953401. she then wanted additional information as birthdate etc. which I explained I was not comfortable giving that information. she then ended the call.I was given a wish for the best of luck by Mr.Johnson if I didn't comply.. It is an information gather scam. all revolving around something with Bexar County. wish they could find these people

Debt Collector alleging Warrant (Scam call) reported by


Rude lady called alleging a warrant was going to be issued for my arrest and could not give me any information. She clearly sounded like she was reading a script. Further, she threatened a visit to my employer serving me with "papers" for my arrest. When I laughed at her responding with the obvious that is not the way in which warrants work, I asked her who she was working for. She could not give me any information but a number to call. Then after I told her I knew it was a scam of some sort my mother received a text message with the same threat for my arrest. The key hint was this woman who sent the text is clearly not from Bexar County as she spelled it "bear county". These people must be stopped. I am putting together a complaint to the BBB as we speak. DO NOT answer their calls or give them any information!!!

The slime bags try to pull the same stunt on me today by calling my strange father and soon to be ex-husband trying to locate me and telling them that they were going to find me an arrest me. When my ex called me back, I called the number and I am mediately knew that it was nothing more than a Charlatandebt collector. This place is a call center that is located in Georgia, and I have dealt with them before and I know that they use these underhanded tactics which we all know are illegal. When I confronted the lady on the phone that both of the people they called said that they were going to arrest me which is illegal to say, she said no and that they have tapes which I know is a complete lie. Don’t fall for these ****!

nasty attitude when they speak to you and yell that you have forfeited your rights and they gonna sue they gave me info I didn't know about with my SSN they say charges are being filed through the county I live in and say they will locate me if I don't speak with Linda James. I called my county sheriff's department and told them who I was looking for and of course they've never heard of said person. they went as far as calling ppl I haven't spoke to in years telling them they will come to their houses it's fake to get info ignore them

They were calling to give me a notice of location. They left a number to call 8448749931 and a case number. When i called they didn't recognize the case number so needed personnel information to verify. They wouldn't tell me what it was about and that I would be served in person by local sheriff. I didn't give any information and asked why i hadn't received notice by mail as required by the law and they wouldn't respond to my questions. This all started because the 2106604568 number called my sons phone instead of mine. It sounds like a scam. A notice of location, is to find someone to locate a child. I know where all my family is. This is a scam.

They wanted to speak to someone that the phone they called didn't belong to. They left this number and a case number and didn't elaborate on why. 18554265798, the case number is 406075. When I asked if they had interpreters, they said no. The 8554265798 I looked up is not a safe number. The 2106604568 is a Mobil number.
