Have been called 5 times in the last three hours about my iCloud account being hacked. Knowing this was a scam because Apple does not make these types of calls, I decided to answer after the third call. The minute I asked for the "customer service representative's" name and id number the line went dead.

After having 7-8 calls this afternoon, I called the Seattle Police Dept. after traced this to an Apple Store in located at 801 Southcenter Mall in Tukwila WA 98188. ( Seattle PD symplathatic but not very helpful)Tried unsuccessfully to call the store (constant busy signal). Question....why can't they come up with the technology to trace these people and stop them? Eventually blocked on my Verizon
