Evergreen Collections contacted me via telephone indicating that a speeding ticket case had been referred to them for collections. I declined to pay the supposed "outstanding" amount due. Both the court & my attorney confirmed the case was dismissed. Then received another call from Evergreen Collections. Evergreen Collections is running a scam and seemingly able to get away with it since they continue to call. I wish there could be accountability for businesses like this - it's predatory and unacceptable.

I paid the bill 6 months ago I have my bank statements, check number AND a letter and statement from them stating it was paid in full, but now i'm in collections for the same bill I already paid!? Somethings fishy as heck here.
