I'm in Virginia. Didn't answer call; they left no message. I've been getting barraged over the past 2 weeks with suspicious callers, typically 8 per day, and I'm on the DNC registry (for whatever good THAT does!). I've suspected robocalls, some with spoofed numbers, although on this call, caller ID said "VOIP call". I NEVER give out my mobile (cell) number to anyone other than close colleagues.
