Pretending to Be Voice Solutions, Caller ID Spoofing, & Scamming (Scam call) reported by


These scammers are tarnishing the name of the company I work for and harassing poor people several times a day!!! I work for Voice Solutions, the name of the company that seems to keep showing up on caller id when these scammers make the phone call. These callers show a Washington number, but our company is not located in Washington, we are located in Minnesota. I will continue to try and try to get to the bottom of this, but so many scammers user software and applications which make it nearly impossible to find these criminals. These scammers are negatively affecting our business as people keep thinking that it is us calling. It is not. I filed a complaint with the FTC and FCC. I highly recommend everyone else do the same to prevent this from affecting others. There does not seem much else that we can do, which is extremely unfortunate. In the interim, I keep posting this information on sites with information about this ongoing string of scam calls

I have reported them to FCC and FTC. I have been told there is nothing that can be done. The way someone describe it to me was to imagine sending a letter. I can send a letter from my home, but I could make the return address something completely different from what it truly is. The end result being: there is no way for any agency to verify the true origin of the mail (or in our case, the phone calls), and so there really is next to nothing that can be done... Which is disheartening.
