annoying to start with, but just to burn their 800 bill some, i pressed '1'. and got put on a hold queue. they call me and put ME on hold. so i just laid the phone down and burned them for the phone bill. i do this every time they call (daily)

Feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone. This is the number that takes my to my voicemail! I just cheked it to be sure and found 11 VMs saying "If this is (last name, first name, middle name) please press 1." That's all I listed to before deleting them. The voice was computer generated and totally mangled my name.
