Folks, I'm getting the same calls from this spoofed number. Blocked it, reported it, etc. but nothing helps. Now, read the following about the actions the Canadian government is taking for THEIR citizens: "Canada’s telecom regulator ruled that all telecommunications providers must take steps to block blatant spam calls from their networks. In an attempt to reduce the number of unsolicited calls Canadians receive, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission issued a decision Monday that gives telecoms 90 days to develop technical solutions to block illegitimate nuisance calls within their networks. An industry working group will develop the methods, with the Big Three all supporting the formal process." This government action was taken sometime in 2016. Actually, OUR telecom people could do this in about 15 days, but they NEVER will do it, because they get paid for the calls the spammers make and then they get paid by YOU to stop the spammers via so-called blocking services. Get the picture?

This is Consumer Cellar's voice mail number. But the message is from a robo-call service offering college loan debt relief, which is negative. I believe this call to have come from 1-929-338-1167 which can also generate a text message.

This #, 805-637-7456, is actually Consumer Cellular's voicemail number. The company calling you is using this voicemail number to "mask" their number. My voicemail has an option to show me the voicemail "header" (press 5 after listening to voicemail and automated options comes on) which gave me the actual phone number, which I called (very nasty people) and that is how I found out who was calling me. It's a 3rd party debt collection company named Receivables Performance Management 20816 44th Ave. W, Lynnwood, WA. 98036 PH: 425-372-5305, 425-412-2600, 866-212-7408, 888-452-9175, 888-838-5123. www.receivablesperformance.com . BLOCK all these numbers in your cell and this should stop the calls. I blocked them and haven't gotten another call since. I also placed a National DO NOT CALL complaint. Also call Consumer Cellular and let them know. 888-345-5509.

After someone leaves voicemail for me, my cel tel with service by Consumer Cellular displays an alert to call the number in question. I have called the number and retrieved my vmail. If you do not have your cel tel and if you do not remember the number for your cel tel, then call 1-805-637-7456. Per Rick, a customer service rep for Consumer Cellular on 2016-09-13-02, this is a "pilot" number provided by T-Mobile. Expect to be prompted for your credentials to log in to your vmail box. The _actual_vmail_ that you retrieve might be from a debt collector or a scammer, but the call did not come from the number in question.
