Called a business line asking for a man from the "Pre-Legal Department" and required a call back.

Said his name was John Marshall and he was calling from (Scam call) reported by 98.225.11.xxx
Said his name was John Marshall and he was calling from the “office of investigations”. He said we were being investigated and that we owed an agency money but wouldn’t identify the agency or company we supposedly owed money to. He also refused to say what investigation unit he was with. refused to answer if he was with any government or law enforcement investigation unit. He just kept saying he was with “The office of Investigations” and when I refused to give him my bank info to pay this amount we supposedly owed he became very rude and hostile, used threats of criminal charges, civil penalties and was even cursing under his breath. Eventually he gave me a number to call back and googling both numbers showed they were numbers associated with VOIP accounts and were flagged on just about every website with fraud and scam alerts, After I hung up the phone he called back almost immediately and I sent it to voicemail. He left me a voicemail saying “this message is for — — my name is John Marshall calling from the office of investigation I need you to return my phone call at 1-800-451-4434 thank you” Don’t fall for this scam artist

Calls from private numbers, very rude and unprofessional. Claims that I owe them and referred it as an "investigation." Calls every day from morning to night.
