Very unprofessional man threatened me with “see you in court” and gave me a bogus social security number that does not belong to me. He wanted to intimidate me. Not over here! Especially with the incorrect social security number! Stop harassing people.

law suit delinquent bill (Scam call) reported by


Said they were Dallas Financial notifying me, I was delinquent on a 2011 credit card bill of $3000.00 + owed to Planter bank. I was being taken to court to collect but I could settle out of court for $1007.00 Fraud. Nothing in my credit reports from anyone related to this claim. I refused to settle and told them to file.

Called, picked up phone on mute, nobody tried to talk. I figured this was a robocall waiting for my voice to trigger the start. Called back number connects to "Dallas Financial" I have no business with them and do not have any outstanding issues with Debt.
