402-220-1248 just called my cell phone. My ShouldiAnswer app blocked the call instantly due to to many Negative reports about this number. Just looked the number up and found that some people reported it as Positive for Walgreens and some people reported it as Negative for Social Security Scam. The voicemail left by this number on my cell was a pre-recorded Social Security Scam call. The number is more than likely being spoofed, because when Walgreens calls me, their number is already saved in my cell and it's the same number every time.
